Copies of Rabies vaccine and Bordetella (Kennel Cough) are required at time of arrival.

Administering homemade foods needs to discussed prior to booking.

MEDICATIONS:

PLEASE NOTE: If your pet requires extensive medications or care(Not including supplements), we require a conversation(Phone call not text message) to discuss if we can accommodate prior to booking your stay.
IF you have not discussed your pets needs prior to your drop off, we may not be able to accommodate at Check in.

For Safety reasons Please be sure your dog is on a lead when you arrive.

We do not Accept Aggressive Dogs!

Please Note: We allow appointment changes and cancellations without penalty as long as we recieve notice of change within a reasonable time frame before drop off. However “last minute” early pickup during holiday or peak travel dates will incur charges through the original reserved dates. We strive to be flexable in these matters, we understand circumstances change, however knowing in advance will allow us to accomidate others who may have been denied reservations.
